[ Last thing she remembers is passing out. Madoka wakes up with a start in her new room, in a cold sweat. She looks around nervously, not recognizing the room she's in. It's morning, and it's eerily calm compared to what she last remembers. ]
... Sayaka-chan? Kyoko-chan..? Where... where are they...? Did we do it...?
[ She swings her leg over the side of the bed, but is too nervous to stand up just yet. ]
... A witch's maze..? It's too normal though, isn't it...? But then... where am I...? [ She notices the phone. Nervous, she walks to it and carefully picks it up. It's heavy and looks older than the phones that she is used to. ]
[ Phone ]
nn... ah! A dial tone...
... Okay... [ she reaches out to dial a number, then stops. ] ... Who would I call? Kyoko-chan, Mami-san, Homura-chan, Sayaka-chan... If this is a witch's maze... what else could it be...? It looks so strange and.... old... but... somehow, it doesn't seem like...
[ she hears someone, probably you, on the other end. Or maybe she's just paranoid. No matter what the reason, she gasps in reaction to the sound. ] H-hello?! Is someone there? Hello?! um, I-I'm Kaname Madoka! I think I'm lost, so, um... So, could you... do you know where I am?
